A total of 4 GPS devices were released into the sea on the northern side of Oinousses on 19/1/24, by Giannis Tyrikos from Nerd Fishing. The objective is to track the garbage entering the sea from the area of Turkey and the Dardanelles. This video exposes the pollution issues along the coastlines, and the extent of the debris is apparent. This activity was part of the Cyclades demo site activities conducted by REMEDIES partner MCG.
