4th International Workshop on Marine Litter Monitoring, Removal, and Circular Economy

We are excited to announce that the REMEDIES partner Venice Lagoon Plastic Free is co-organizing the 4th International Workshop on Marine Litter Monitoring, Removal, and Circular Economy. This event, dedicated to exploring solutions for the Mission Restore Our Ocean and Waters Community of Actors, will be held back-to-back with the BlueMissionMed Italian HUB on May 30, 2024. REMEDIES and SeaClear2.0 projects also support the event.

The workshop will take place at the CNR-ISMAR headquarters in Venice and will also be accessible online. VLPF and Infordata will jointly present the “Digital and technical evolution of the beach litter monitoring app from MAELSTROM to REMEDIES project: an asset for citizen science engagement”, while RC will introduce the river cleaning technology with an applied Demo Site in Tirana (Albania).
