The Impact Evaluation Dashboard is the central platform for tracking and understanding REMEDIES’ work to reduce marine plastic pollution across the Mediterranean. It brings together data from across the project’s demo sites, beach clean-ups, drone surveillance, and underwater monitoring, into one place, turning field activity into clear, up-to-date insights on how much litter is collected, where it accumulates, and which prevention strategies work best. The dashboard draws on the full span of REMEDIES’ work, from monitoring and mapping plastic hotspots, to collecting litter at sea and in rivers, to the zero-waste and biodegradable innovations that prevent waste at the source.
Through interactive maps, charts, and reports, users can explore results by site, campaign, and litter type, compare outcomes across locations and activations. It also presents the environmental and economic performance of the project’s innovations, so users can weigh the real-world impact and cost-effectiveness of each solution.
