On September 27th, REMEDIES proudly took part in the European Researchers’ Night in Naples, represented by the National Research Council of Italy (CNR). As the largest science outreach event in Europe, the European Researchers’ Night spans 58 projects across 25 countries and attracts over 1.5 million visitors annually, promoting scientific careers and demonstrating the real-world impact of research.
During the event, REMEDIES engaged with researchers and the public through interactive materials, showcasing innovative solutions to tackle marine plastic pollution. The project’s presence sparked interest and conversations, particularly among young people, who were inspired by our commitment to protecting the ocean.
We look forward to further engaging with communities and stakeholders to drive positive environmental change!
