✅ Raise awareness through education, citizen science, and outreach
✅ Foster collaboration between sectors and stakeholders
Showcasing REMEDIES Innovation: Aerial Drone and AI, & REMEDIES Shoreline Marine Litter App by
At the heart of the campaign are two key technologies developed within the REMEDIES project:
🔹 Aerial Drone & AI Solution – Developed by Mohammed Premier University (MOH), this cutting-edge innovation combines drones with deep learning algorithms to detect, classify, and monitor plastic litter in real time. It enables high-resolution, large-scale environmental monitoring with minimal human effort—providing dynamic plastic pollution maps, real-time detection, and actionable data.
